Training Timetable

Swimmers are required to be at the pool 15 minutes before training for on-deck warm-up.

Swimmers 10 & under must be supervised by a parent or guardian during training sessions.

What to bring to Training

  • Goggles
  • Cap
  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Swim kit consisting of kickboard, pull buoy and flippers

Dryland Training

Dryland training is land-based body-weight exercises designed to improve performance in the water. These sessions focus on core strength. The sessions are open to Gold squad and selected silver swimmers and are held on Thursday at 5pm.

Dryland training is held in the program room or outside in suitable weather.

Ensure you bring appropriate footwear, a water bottle, and a towel.
