DRYLAND

  • MONDAY: 5:00pm to 5.45pm

Dryland training is land-based body-weight exercises designed to improve performance in the water. These sessions focus on core strength. The sessions are open to all squads and are recommended for Silver and Gold Squad swimmers.

Swimmers are required to be at the pool 15 minutes before training for a dryland warmup. Dryland training is held in the program room.

Please ensure you wear appropriate footwear and bring a towel to Dryland sessions.

BRONZE

  • MONDAY: 5:45pm to 7.15pm
  • TUESDAY: 5:45pm to 7.00pm              
  • THURSDAY: 5:45pm to 7.15pm
  • FRIDAY: 5:45pm to 7.15pm

SILVER

  • MONDAY: 5:45pm to 7.30pm
  • TUESDAY: 6:45pm to 8.30pm       
  • WEDNESDAY: 5:45pm to 7.30pm                                              
  • FRIDAY: 5:45pm to 7.30pm

GOLD

  • MONDAY: 5:45pm to 7.30pm
  • TUESDAY: 6:45pm to 8.30pm
  • WEDNESDAY: 5:45pm to 7.30pm
  • THURSDAY: 5:45pm to 7.30pm
  • FRIDAY: 5:45pm to 7.30pm
